This coming September 14-17, powerhouse electronic music brand The BPM Festival hits Europe for the first time. Hosted in Portimão and Lagoa, Portugal, The BPM Festival: Portugal more than doubled its lineup with the addition of over 80 of the world’s top underground talent. New additions include Anja Schneider, Art Department, Cassy, Danny Tenaglia, Eats Everything, Guti, Josh Wink, Paco Osuna, Paul Kalkbrenner and more to an already impressive lineup comprised of artists such as Apollonia, Chus & Ceballos, Dubfire, Jamie Jones, Lee Burridge, Loco Dice, Nicole Moudaber, Richie Hawtin, and Seth Troxler. Also announced are The BPM Festival: Portugal’s showcase lineup as it brings the most in-demand party brands and label showcases to the southwestern edge of the European continent at newly revealed indoor and open air venues.

Whether you are dance music lover or in the industry, there is something in store for everyone with the variety of beach side, open air venues, and nightclubs featured in the programme.

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Oxia is a seasoned veteran and can look back on many highlights throughout his career. Singapore club kyō launches mix series with OXIA

2014-singapore-kyo-mix-seriesSingapore club kyō has announced a new mix CD series launching in November.

The venue has become one of the city’s key destinations for quality house and techno since it opened in March 2013, hosting acts like Darren Emerson, Huxley, Midland, Terrence Parker, Kenny Larkin, Francois K and more. For the launch of their mix CD series, kyō have selected Oxia to help capture the sound of their FORWARD parties held regularly on Saturday nights. The Frenchman has put together a 20-track disc featuring tracks and remixes from Robag Wruhme, Carl Craig, Nick Curly and Oxia himself. A launch party for the release will be held at the club later on in the year.  kyō 001 mixed by Oxia is set to release on November 3rd, 2014.
